Calle Addition

Preserving the look and feel of the home, while adding additional spaces was the client’s goal with this home addition project.  In keeping with the original design, a standalone Guest House complete with Great Room was constructed close by, providing a degree of privacy.  Two second-story additions, one over a part of the main house and one over the freestanding Garage were also added.  The overall result was a much enlarged footprint with a unified and updated architectural theme.
