A 1950’s house meets the new millennium, and Spanish Colonial tradition is restated with a modern twist. Before and after photos demonstrate this transition, both inside and outside. Exterior wall are now smooth, round columns are now rectangular wood, yet traditional brick pavers maintain tradition. Inside, wood planked ceiling with exposed beams remain, yet windows and wall treatments speak modern. Every room is more open, having more natural light, and providing a cheerful and inviting ambiance.
